Recipe of the Week

Nana's Apple Cake


· 2 Cups sugar
· 4 eggs
· 1 Cup oil
· 3 Cups flour
· 2 teaspoons baking soda
· 4 Cups peeled, cored, dice apples
· 2 Cups walnuts (optional)
· 2 teaspoons vanilla
· 1 teaspoon cinnamon
· cinnamon sugar

Combine all ingredients, batter will be very thick.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serve with whipped cream and/or vanilla ice cream.
Even better the second day!
